The exhibition Gae Aulenti (1927 – 2012) is accompanied by a podcast series that explores her impact on architecture and design, and her legacy. The podcast, hosted by British design critic and author, Alice Rawsthorn, traces the evolution of Gae Aulenti through the voices of friends, curators and international architects who knew her personally or through her work. The second episode features Alice Rawsthorn in dialogue with the architect and Harvard University professor. Moussavi discusses Gae Aulenti's influence on architecture and shares her thoughts on the Italian architect's most famous project, the Musée d'Orsay.

Sustainable Commons: Housing and Urban Mining is a Studio Report from the Fall 2022 semester at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design based on a studio instructed by Farshid Moussavi and Hanif Kara taught in Arles, France at LUMA Arles. This studio was made possible with the generous support of Maja Hoffmann and the LUMA Foundation.

By Design, a talk series at Sir John Soane’s Museum, in partnership with Luke Irwin, is back for its fourth season. In this talk, Alice Rawsthorn talks to internationally renowned architect Farshid Moussavi. Inspired by Sir John Soane’s own extraordinary collection, and co-hosted by Will Gompertz, Director of Arts and Learning at the Barbican, and Alice Rawsthorn, award-winning design critic and author, the series reflects on the power of objects – large or small, mundane or exceptional, aesthetic or utilitarian – to spark new ideas, and act as a spur for different forms of creativity. Farshid Moussavi will be giving this year’s Kassler Lecture at Princeton University School of Architecture. This lecture series, inaugurated in the 1966-67 academic year with a lecture by R. Buckminster Fuller, was established in memory of Kenneth Kassler by his friends and colleagues. April 13, 2023

Cocktails & Conversation is a series of dialogues about design that joins an architect with a critic, journalist, curator, or architectural historian to discuss current architecture design issues. This program will feature Farshid Moussavi and a custom crafted cocktail inspired by their work.
